Lice Clinics of America is a licensed head lice treatment center. Many insurance companies will partially reimburse you for the cost of your treatment. For your convenience, we provide you with the appropriate form including the diagnostic and procedure codes needed to submit a claim for reimbursement with your discharge papers.
If your claim is denied, you can request a letter of medical necessity.
