Lice Clinics of America is a licensed head lice treatment center. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of your treatment.  For your convenience, we provide you with the appropriate form including the diagnostic and procedure codes needed to submit a claim for reimbursement with your discharge papers.

Since Medicare/Medicaid does not recognize lice removal as a medical necessity, significant discounts are available for those patients with a valid Medicare/Medicaid card. Please call the clinic for further information.
